Todd Hattenbach joined EnerCom in April 2024. Todd has over 25 years of experience in energy finance and business development. Prior roles have been with Flex Leasing Power and Service, CoBank, SFE Energy Partners, Enron Corp., Venoco, Inc., Great Western Oil and Gas, and as an independent consultant to over 20 firms. His experience in structured finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, private equity, and corporate development will benefit EnerCom’s client base in their growth strategies. Over the course of his career, Todd has helped structure over 30 debt and equity facilities totaling over $2.7 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver Korbel School of International Studies.
