EnerCom is accepting requests to present for oil and gas related start-up’s and technology companies during the Energy Innovation Capital Accelerator Session at the 25th anniversary of EnerCom’s The Oil and Gas Conference the afternoon of Monday, August 17, 2020.
COVID-19 and the dramatic drop in oil prices has created a greater urgency and larger opportunity for the rapid investment, development and adoption of energy technology and innovation.
Like our 2020 EnerCom Dallas conference, this year The Oil & Gas Conference® is holding a session for energy related technology, alternative energy and traditional oil and gas start-up ventures the opportunity to present their business to a captive audience of institutional and hedge fund investors, private equity, high net worth investors and commercial energy bankers.
The event will provide invited presenters a venue to give a fifteen-minute, live webcast presentation and post-presentation Q&A; and the ability to schedule virtual One-on-One meetings.
In addition, EnerCom will heavily promote the Session and publish an article highlighting your company prior to the conference on EnerCom’s Oil & Gas 360 news website and daily Closing Bell news email to 30,000+ opt-in subscriber of top investment community and oil and gas executives.
There is no doubt that this year’s historic event will look a little different in this COVID-19 world, but we believe EnerCom has the opportunity and responsibility, to make something special to highlight our industry and its resiliency.
EnerCom is recommending a presentation fee of $1,200 to help cover technology costs and costs of hosting an event simultaneously in 4 different cities. However, most importantly, we hope you can join us and be a part of bringing the industry together.
2020 EnerCom’s The Oil and Gas Conference Details
This year, we’re going “GLOCAL!” and we will be bringing the 25th anniversary of EnerCom’s The Oil and Gas Conference to you and our host cities – Denver, Dallas, Houston and Calgary in a hybrid format. Presenters are invited to venues in host cities (or in your own offices depending on your unique situation) to present and facilitate breakout sessions that will be digitally broadcast live to our digital and small group of in-person conference attendees. One on one meetings will be facilitated over video conferencing. In each of the host cities, presentations and breakouts will be webcast to all participants. Depending on health guidelines in August, an in-person audience of 50 to 150 may attend in each of the host cities (Denver, Dallas, Houston, Calgary).
The digital element of the conference will allow presenters to reach a geographically diverse group of investors including investment hubs in Europe and Asia. EnerCom’s The Oil & Gas Conference® regularly hosts 100+ presenting companies with operations spanning more than 40 countries and six continents.
Health and Safety Are Top of Mind for our presenters, sponsors, attendees, employees, and vendors are certainly top of mind in this time. We remain diligent on getting updated guidance from various agencies as it pertains to gatherings of any type. With that in mind, we will be diligent in keeping to the highest standard of hygiene and cleaning protocols at our host city venues. We will also have the optionality to facilitate the conference experience in a full remote capacity should this be required.
Please Join Us! Together with our sponsors, we look forward to hosting this event with you. With your support, we will continue to make TOGC the largest energy investor conference in the world and with this year’s GLOCAL format, we have the opportunity to make this the most far reaching TOGC event in our 25-year history. This is your opportunity to send a positive and unifying message to all of your stakeholders. EnerCom (Energy Communications) has a rich history of working with companies to deliver their message and believe that August will be an important time to connect with the market.
